Our Airflow Pillows are manufactured within Lancashire, UK. Our steel bar, PU Fire Retardant foam padding, and mesh are all made within the UK. All products meet UK safety standards and regulations for comfort and sleep support products.

• Grande Airflow Pillow (for larger builds): £49.99 (cover £15 non-refundable)

RETURNS POLICY

Hygiene Policy:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only offer a refund for the frame component of the product. Due to the intimate nature of the Oeko-Tex mesh head cover and its direct contact with the user, we cannot accept returns of this part if it has been opened or used, in line with UK consumer law exemptions for hygiene sensitive products.

Return Fees:

• A hygiene handling fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund total
• Buyer to cover return shipping costs we recommend using a tracked service

CARE & MAINTENANCE

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. For easy maintenance, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. The removable cover is machine washable at 30°C, although it is designed with a snug fit to maintain optimal support. Follow care instructions to help keep your purchase in top condition.
